You can use Vendoo with confidence. Our security and safety is a top priority. There are many safeguards in place in the operation of the Vendoo software. Vendoo is running on a Google-secured cloud platform which gives us Google- level protection against security threats. We also never store any login information from any of your marketplaces.** **The only data we store is the listings you create in Vendoo, which is protected and encrypted.** Yes! You can quickly [**import**](https://help.vendoo.co/en/articles/6260276-how-to-import-your-listings) items that you already have for sale to cross-list them onto multiple marketplaces with just a few clicks! **The Add-Ons include importing, delist/relist, and "All Marketplaces. ** "The [**Importing**](https://help.vendoo.co/en/articles/6260276-how-to-import-your-listings) add-on allows users to import existing active listings to quickly cross-list them to other marketplaces.  ### The [**Bulk Delist/Relist**](https://help.vendoo.co/en/articles/6260292-how-to-use-vendoo-s-delist-relist-feature) add-on gives you brand new listings with just a few clicks! This feature removes a listing from a marketplace and then posts it as a new listing. In addition to refreshing old inventory, this feature also allows you to automatically delist sold items from remaining marketplaces. The **All Marketplaces** add-on allows you to list your items on all available marketplaces on Vendoo. Without this add-on, you can list your items on (any) three marketplaces per item. Vendoo offers flexible and affordable pricing options to accommodate every type of reseller.    Base plans range from a **basic free plan** including 5 new monthly listings to **unlimited plans**. There are also optional [add-ons](https://help.vendoo.co/en/articles/6260301-what-is-the-purpose-of-each-add-on-feature) available on some plans.  Vendoo's plans are based on the number of new items you add to your Vendoo inventory per month. You only pay for **brand new items** that you add each month.  To see the current Vendoo plans and prices, click [here](https://www.vendoo.co/pricing).  **Can I Use Vendoo Outside of the United States?** You can use Vendoo from anywhere in the world to draft listings and manage your inventory! However, global access to the marketplaces themselves is limited and might not be available everywhere. You might not be able to actually list to the U.S. marketplaces depending upon your location (it might require an API). Vendoo is a Seller’s Best Friend: You’re not going to want a refund. ‍ At Vendoo, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, covering both our subscription plans and new free trial offerings. ‍ Standard Refund Eligibility Customers may be eligible for refunds or account credits on a situational basis if Vendoo fails to provide the services you’ve paid for. This includes **persistent software errors** that prevent you from listing your items as intended. ‍**We do not grant refunds for customers who are simply “testing out” the software.** ‍ Additionally, **customers are not eligible for a refund if they have already begun using their allotted items for the month on a paid plan.** We also will not grant refunds for personal reasons. ‍ Please note that **we do not offer refunds on annual plans. ‍ Free Trial Policy ‍**We’re excited to offer free trials for our paid plans! This allows you to experience the full benefits of Vendoo before making a commitment. Here’s what you need to know about refunds related to free trials: **No Refunds After Trial Billing:** If your free trial ends and you are subsequently billed by Vendoo, **you will not be eligible for a refund.** We send an email notification seven days before your trial ends to remind you of the upcoming billing and provide ample opportunity to cancel if you choose not to continue. ‍ Questions?
