Everyone I tried to contact from internet info. was never able to help me except give me another phone number to try. The lawyer you connected with me was able to challenge what I had learned from reading info on the internet. I hope he is right! I was connected very quickly to talk to someone. My only negative is being blindsided by a payment and forced to become a member with monthly payments before I could get someone to talk to. However, you evidently can cancel at any time.
