They’ve reached out to me via the last review and instructed me to email them a copy of the review and they’ll have it escalated! I have sent this same exact email several times with the answers to the questions being asked! I’ve also spoken with a representative who manually sent them the answers to the questions they claimed to not have gotten! This company is just terrible and confused. Not to mention I’ve updated my email within the app due to the fact I believe my old email may have been accessed. Why are they still sending emails to the email I’ve changed on the account and have confirmed with customer service that it’s been changed. Just the level of incompetence is unbelievable! Provide the date, amount, and name of the merchant for all transactions you would like to dispute. Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue where I was left with multiple missing orders (31 Items from OnlyDeals123). I spent considerable time reconciling every order, providing tracking information, photographs, screenshots and a detailed breakdown of what was received and what was missing. I only requested refunds for items I genuinely did not receive. Despite supplying extensive evidence and following the Buyer Protection process, I have struggled to obtain a clear resolution or meaningful communication. With the seller telling me I have to get a refund from Tilt via buyer protection as they have been "damaged/lost". I'm not writing this because I dislike the platform—in fact, I'd like to continue using it. I'm writing it because I hope the company improves how it handles Buyer Protection claims and customer support when genuine issues arise. If this matter is resolved fairly, I would happily update my review.
