## Software Engineering Accelerated Track for Students with a Practical Software Engineer Diploma

Students with a suitable practical engineering diploma can complete the B.Sc. Software Engineering program in three years instead of four.

Students who completed their practical engineering studies with a grade point average of 80 or higher (for the external exams and graduation project) are exempt from courses worth up to 33 academic credits — nearly 25% of their degree. Students may choose to use the exemptions to lighten their course-load and complete their degree in four years alongside regular students, or take the accelerated track and complete their degree in three years.
