_One small system that covers most days_

**Read time:** 5–6 min   |   **Tags:** capsule, wardrobe, performance, routines

## Why a capsule?

Less thinking, more moving. A tight kit lets you train, commute, and meet a friend without changing lanes—or clothes. Monochrome pieces layer cleanly, wash easily, and still look sharp at 7 a.m. or 7 p.m.

## The 5-piece core (start here)

1. **Organic Tee** — breathable, structured, works solo or under a midlayer.
2. **Tank** — heat days, high-effort sessions, or as a first layer.
3. **Midlayers (Hoodie or Crew)** — loopback or brushed fleece; relaxed block for throw-on comfort.
4. **Bottoms** — **Jogger** (training/errand) _or_ **Commuter Pant** (meetings/coffee). Stretch + recovery.
5. **Shorts** — above-knee (6–7" / 15–18 cm); true-waist fit.

_Bonus pieces:_ a light shell for wind/rain and a cap for commute days.

## Color system (keep it easy)

- **Base:** Black, Graphite, Ash, White.
- **Rule:** everything pairs with everything.
- **Pop (optional):** add one muted accent only if it still plays well with the base.

## Fit rules that never miss

- Tee/tank **true to size**; size down for a closer line.
- Hoodie/crew **relaxed** for layering.
- Bottoms **by waist**; tapered leg with room to move.
- Shorts **above knee** for a clean line with hoodies and crews.

## Outfit formulas

- **Train → coffee:** Tank + Jogger + Hoodie + cap.
- **Lift day:** Organic Tee + Shorts + crew socks.
- **Commute → meeting:** Tee + Commuter Pant + midlayer over shoulder.
- **Errand loop:** Tee + Jogger + lightweight shell.
- **Evening walk:** Hoodie + Jogger; tee in the tote.

## Accessories that pull weight

- **Cap:** shade + focus; packs flat.
- **Crew socks:** structure the look; line-dry to extend life.
- **Crossbody/Tote:** stow hoodie, bottle, spare tee.

## Laundry cadence

- **Wash cold (30 °C), inside out.** Skip softener; it coats fibers.
- **Air dry** whenever possible.
- **Spot-clean** between washes; rotate wear to keep shape.

## Buy in this order

1. Tee
2. Bottoms (jogger or commuter)
3. Hoodie/Crew
4. Shorts
5. Tank

## The 10-outfit week (with 5–6 pieces)

- Mon AM: Tee + Commuter Pant
- Mon PM: Hoodie over shoulders
- Tue: Tank + Jogger
- Wed: Tee + Shorts
- Thu: Tee + Jogger + shell
- Fri: Tank + Shorts (add hoodie later)
- Sat: Tee + Jogger
- Sun AM: Hoodie + Jogger walk
- Sun PM: Tee + Commuter Pant, hoodie in tote
- Float day: repeat your favorite

## Keep the system quiet (and strong)

One palette, simple blocks, real pockets, seams that hold. The goal isn’t “more”—it’s **enough**. When each piece earns its place, you move better and think less.

**Less noise. More signal.**
