Savionim Group continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading companies in [the real estate](https://www.jpost.com/tags/real-estate) and [urban renewal sector in Israel](https://www.jpost.com/tags/urban-renewal). Recently, the group signed a binding memorandum of understanding, according to which it will enter as an 80% partner in significant projects in the cities of Acre, Haifa, Petah Tikva, Rehovot, and Lod. These are complexes comprising hundreds of new [residential units](https://www.jpost.com/tags/housing-in-israel), which will be developed and advanced according to the high standards that have characterized the group’s operations over the years.

The new projects represent another step in Savionim’s expansion momentum. In recent years, the group has established its position not only as a pioneering real estate group in urban renewal but also as a key player in logistics centers, income-generating real estate, and neighborhood commerce.

**Mark Dubnov, VP of Business Development at the Group:**

“This is another step in our long-term growth strategy. The group has a clear vision for the coming years – to expand geographically, diversify its areas of activity, and create strategic collaborations.

“Entering the cities of Petah Tikva, Rehovot, and Lod represents a central component in Savionim’s geographic diversification. While the group previously focused primarily on northern Israel, today we are executing a broad strategic move in the central region, with significant projects that serve as a long-term growth engine.”
