**Real Time Group, LTD** is looking for an for an experienced **Infrastructure Engineer** to join our Software Infrastructure team developing advanced **Hard Real-Time systems** for aerospace, defense, and space applications.

**Job Responsibilities:**

✔ Develop low-level software and device drivers in C/C++.

✔ Work with UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, and other communication protocols.

✔ Develop in Hard Real-Time and Bare-Metal environments (FreeRTOS, VxWorks, etc.).

✔ Collaborate with Hardware, FPGA, System, and QA teams throughout the full product lifecycle.

✔ Optimize performance and drive system integration activities.

**Requirements:**

-   B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-   3+ years of proven experience with Hard Real-Time systems.
-   Strong system-level thinking and teamwork skills.

**Nice to have:**

-   Embedded development and integration experience.
-   Hardware/software interfacing experience.
-   Experience with technical documentation and testing.
