Yes. If your laptop has been exposed to liquid, bring it in **as soon as possible** to help reduce further internal damage. After diagnostics, we’ll confirm whether it can be repaired **without replacing parts** or if any components must be replaced, and we’ll provide a quote for approval before continuing. **Liquid damage repairs are not covered under warranty.**

3Can I get a quote before I drop off my laptop?

For obvious issues like a cracked screen or battery replacement, we can often provide a quick estimate upfront. For other issues, a free diagnostic may be needed to give an accurate quote.

4What if I decide not to proceed with the repair?

No problem — if you choose not to proceed, there’s **no diagnostic fee**, and you can pick up your device as-is with no obligation.
