Testing volume can be lumpy. The pricing structure gives buyers predictability while still scaling with actual QA execution.

#### Monthly predictability

Team Cloud starts at a minimal plan with certain Scenario Runs included, so buyers have a clear budget number.

#### Annual run pools

Annual customers can use pooled Scenario Runs across release-heavy and quieter months.

#### Fair-use guardrails

Extremely long or specialized execution patterns may require splitting scenarios or Enterprise pricing.

What is a Scenario Run?

A Scenario Run is one test scenario executed once by TestZeus as part of formal regression, scheduled execution, CI/CD, CLI execution, bulk execution, or release validation. If you run 100 scenarios across 3 environments, that counts as 300 Scenario Runs.

Do failed tests count?

Yes, if TestZeus started executing the scenario. A failed test still means the agent performed QA work and collected evidence. If a test is queued but never starts, cancelled before execution, or blocked before execution begins, it should not count.

Do you charge for users?

No. Users are unlimited. QA, admins, product managers, developers, release managers, and business stakeholders can collaborate without seat-based pricing.

Do you charge for environments?

No. Environments are unlimited. You can connect Dev, QA, UAT, sandboxes, scratch orgs, staging, and production-like environments. You are charged only when tests are executed in those environments.

Do you charge for test creation?

No. Test creation, editing, refinement, and maintenance are unlimited. Teams should be able to build better coverage without billing anxiety.

Do you charge for reports?

No. Run reports are unlimited. You can view and share execution history, evidence, logs, screenshots, traces, videos, and summaries without additional report fees.

How many tests can run in parallel?

Team Cloud includes 15 parallel Scenario Runs. Enterprise supports 30+ parallel Scenario Runs for larger regression suites and tighter release windows.

How do annual run pools work?

Annual customers can use pooled Scenario Runs across the year, which helps with lumpy Salesforce release cycles. This avoids punishing teams for heavier testing in release-heavy months.

How reliable is TestZeus?

TestZeus tests are much more reliable than Playwright, Selenium or Cypress tests because they are not affected by changes in the DOM.

When should we choose Enterprise?

Choose Enterprise when you need 30+ parallel Scenario Runs, assigned FDE rollout support, scoped custom integrations, SSO / SCIM, private runners, custom retention, workspace or client-level budgets, procurement-friendly billing, or annual run pools with volume pricing.

Are extremely long tests handled differently?

Most normal tests are covered by standard Scenario Run pricing. Extremely long or specialized execution patterns may require splitting scenarios or Enterprise pricing so performance and support remain predictable.

How is this different from infrastructure-first testing tools?

Infrastructure-first tools help teams run automated scripts. TestZeus is designed as an AI QA agent platform for Salesforce teams: create tests in natural language, execute them, analyze failures, and generate evidence for release decisions.

Can we set spending limits?

Yes. Teams can use estimates, caps, budgets, and usage controls to avoid surprise bills. Enterprise customers can also use workspace, project, or client-level budgets.
