We are introducing daily content suppression updates and a Partner Portal dashboard for full details across most Flight content.
If any content was suppressed in the last day, you will receive a daily message with a link.
For a limited time, both the new and current channels will be used, duplicate messages can be matched by ticket number.

### Protected Self-Transfer (PST)

Protected self-transfer (PST) are itineraries constructed by two single tickets to get from A to B. During their connection the traveller has to pick up bags and check in again, there may also be visa requirements. To ensure Skyscanner travellers have the best possible experience, we only allow vetted partners to display PST content provided they offer self transfer guarantees.

### Purpose

### Who Can Show PST Content

If an OTA is on our list of approved protection providers, their self-transfer options may be displayed to users. Please note that we limit the number of self-transfer itineraries shown.

Partners interested in being eligible for Protected Self-Transfer (PST) must receive approval from both their Account Manager and our User Satisfaction team. To be considered, please submit a form with the following details:

1.  The conditions of guarantee you offer;
2. Your end-to-end messaging on your website through the booking flow, and in post-booking documentation that's sent out to the user, and
3. Your customer support hours by support channel

### Non-Protected Self-Transfer (NPST)

This applies to a Pricing Item within an itinerary leg that we have classified as self-transfer but is **not** offered by a recognized protection provider. If you are not on our list of approved protection providers, your self-transfer options will be automatically filtered out.

To find out if you (an OTA) are included in the list of known protection providers, please open a support ticket with us using [this](https://skyscannerpartnersupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) form.
