Chief Executive Officer

Before being appointed as the CEO of the company, Yuval led the company’s IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and served as VP Business Development of Shikun & Binui Energy, managing business development strategy across global operations, overseeing business and project development in Israel and Europe, while taking the lead for global project financing.

Yuval has extensive experience in structured finance for energy and infrastructure and has served in various senior business roles, including VP Business Development for Shikun & Binui Concessions, VP Commercial and Business Development for Alon Energy Centers, and Head of Structured and Project Finance for Midroog LTD (Israeli subsidiary of Moody’s).

Yuval holds an MA in Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Chief Financial Officer

Omer brings over 20 years of experience in the capital markets and extensive expertise in project finance. Prior to his current role, he served as VP of Finance for the Shikun & Binui Group and VP of Finance for Shikun & Binui Concessions. In these roles, Omer led financial proposals for mega-projects and managed complex financial closings.

Before joining Shikun & Binui, he was the Financial Manager at Ashtrom Concessions and previously served as a Senior Investment Manager specializing in infrastructure and real estate at Harel Insurance Company.

Omer holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master’s degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

As VP Operations & Engineering, Yossi and his team are responsible for all development, procurement, construction, asset management and operations activities of Shikun & Binui Energy’s assets.

Combining his deep experience. Yossi joined Shikun & Binui Group as VP Operations and has more than 25 years of senior management experience in the energy, industrial, and electricity sectors. He is uniquely positioned to lead Shikun & Binui Energy’s daily operations and global expansion.

Yossi has an MBA and BSc in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

VP Commercial

Emanuel leads Shikun & Binui Energy’s commercial operations and portfolio strategy, overseeing the development and execution of short- and long-term strategies to maximize asset revenues and enhance customer experiences.

He is responsible for expanding the company’s energy supply to commercial and utility customers worldwide. He also serves as a director of Shikun & Binui Energy’s subsidiary companies. Emanuel has over 15 years of senior executive experience in the energy sector, previously serving as CEO of Rimon Energy and heading Rimon Group’s energy division.

He holds an MA in Behavioral Economics from Reichman University and a BA in Economics and Finance from Rupin College.

Chief Legal Officer

Imri brings a wide range of knowledge to his role as General Counsel, including experience in the energy sector, project financing, securities, commercial and corporate law, labor law, and more. He joined Shikun & Binui Energy in 2022, guiding the company through its initial public offering.

Previously, Imri worked as Senior Advisor to the Director General at the Israel National Cyber Directorate and the Ministry of Science and Technology. He was also a lawyer at one of the largest law firms in Israel, where he worked with various private, public, and government entities.

He has an MBA, an LLM – with a specialization in environmental management & development and intellectual property, and LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

As VP Business Development & M&A, Yonatan and his team are responsible for all aspects of business and project development in Israel. He oversees four key areas: business development in Israel, planning & statutory department, M&A and project development department, and the agro-voltaic sector.

Yonatan brings nearly 15 years of experience in finance and infrastructure, with a proven record of leading successful M&A transactions and diverse & large-scale business development initiatives.

Before joining the company, he was Deputy CEO at Masad Oz Group and previously served as VP of Assets and Strategy at Shikun & Binui Concessions, VP Business Development for Shikun & Binui Concessions.

Yonatan holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel-Hai College and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, both with honors.
