The Group specializes in engineering construction, public and private building, real estate development, and asset management. Over the past decade, it has completed projects that combine advanced technological expertise and capabilities with the highest level of finish.

Another area that the group is proud to lead is green construction. For us, this is not a trend or a fad, but a values-based worldview that aims to minimize environmental impact as much as possible while providing buyers and users of our buildings with a healthy lifestyle, free from pollutants, and energy savings. For this reason, all the projects built by the group comply with the Israeli standard for green building (5281), and since 2020, the residential projects developed and initiated by the group have met the stricter standard of two stars.
