Sela Binui was founded in 2002 and serves as the real estate arm of the Amnon Sela Group. The company engages in the initiation, marketing and construction of highly financed real estate projects from a variety of categories such as residential, commercial and office projects in Israel and abroad. The company specializes in identifying and locating land and lots with great entrepreneurial potential, and in the application of advanced construction methods while maintaining quality and excellence values.

As part of the Amnon Sela Group, Sela Binui enjoys a solid economic backing and financial stability. These, along with the extensive experience gained by the company in the last two decades, translate into spectacular projects with volumes of billions of shekels, which include thousands of housing units and hundreds of thousands of square meters of commercial and office space. Today, the company’s extensive residential activities are spread throughout the country, including: Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan , Jerusalem, Herzliya, Haifa, Rashtrapati, Ashdod, Netanya, Kiryat and Nahariya.

Sela Binui specializes in locating and identifying land and plots of land with significant entrepreneurial potential, and in applying advanced construction methods of the highest quality in the market.

The dedicated Sela + service division takes care of the customer all along the way – starting from the phase of land purchase, initiation and execution, continuing with handing over the key and performing quality control, and ending with providing a comprehensive service until the end of the warranty period.

As an enterprising and developing real estate company, Sela Binui continues to grow. In 2022, the company was ranked 23rd in the Dun’s 100 index of leading companies in Israel, and since then has recruited over 70 employees and doubled its workforce. Today, the company employs approximately 170 employees.
