If you want to create a recurring automation, you need to set up the recurrence trigger — so choose the “Repeat every” option. Once chosen, configure the trigger further by choosing the exact board data it affects. #### Step 4 Add optional conditions You can also make your automations smarter by adding multiple conditions that have to be met before the automation is triggered. #### Step 5 Define the action: “Then do this” Decide what action follows the trigger: change Item field, move Item, change Item subscribers, send notification, or create Item/Subitem. #### Step 6 Activate your automation Click _Create automation_ to activate it.
