SharePoint storage is not limited to a single fixed size, as it is designed to scale based on your organization’s Microsoft 365 subscription. Each tenant starts with 1 TB of base storage, and an additional 10 GB is allocated per licensed user. This allows the total available storage to grow as your organization adds more users.

In terms of individual limits, each SharePoint site can scale up to 25 TB, and the maximum file size you can upload is 250 GB per file.

If your organization requires more storage than the default allocation, Microsoft also allows you to purchase additional storage, depending on your subscription plan and eligibility.
