The Workload view is now available directly within the [Tasks](https://app.hellobonsai.com/tasks) section, making it easier for agencies and teams to balance utilization across projects, plan assignments, and track capacity in one place.

To access it, click on your current task view selector, and choose **“Workload”** from the list of available views.

## View and schedule tasks

The Workload view displays both scheduled and unscheduled tasks so you can manage them against your team’s available capacity.

## Split task time across days  

To better reflect how work is distributed, you can split a task’s scheduled time across multiple days. This makes planning more accurate and helps ensure workloads are balanced.

## Manage capacity and assignments  

The Workload view gives you tools to rebalance workloads and manage availability across your team. You can redistribute tasks, check individual capacity, and account for time off.
