Barnes and Noble has had a [storied history](https://goodereader.com/blog/e-reader/how-to-access-the-hidden-internet-browser-on-the-nook-simple-touch-with-glowlight) in offering a rudimentary internet browser on all of their Nook e-Ink Readers. Unlike Amazon or Kobo, the Nook browser is not commonly accessible and normally involves workarounds in order to surf the internet and visit your favorite website. Whenever a workaround is found, Barnes and Noble normally patches it, because for some odd reason they don’t want people using it.

A new workaround to access the internet browser is available for anyone that owns the new Nook Glowlight Plus. Accessing is is fairly simple.

1) Open up any e-book on your Nook Glowlight Plus  
2) Click on Share with Facebook  
3) In the dialog that pops up click on “Help Center”  
4) An internet browser will pop up

There is no word yet on how long this internet browser will be available or if Barnes and Noble will patch it in a future firmware update. Happy web-surfing.
