Hi,
I feel, after much reading on reddit, forums, facebook pages, etc, the following :

\-Not having the ability to sync progress across devices for any sideloaded epub is a deterrent to your sales.

I personally want the KLC (ordered) form factor, but the whispersync capacity between the ereader and my phone. Reason being :

I travel a lot. I don't want to carry my expensive ereader with me, I lost one in a recent trip. Lesson learned, will not be bringing that with me anytime soon. I would love the ability to pickup my phone or ipad, which I'll be carrying anyway, and get back in my favorite book. On whatever device.

I want out of amazon. And I want that feature in. Like google books does. Or Kindle. Or boox. Or pocketbook. But I want to purchase the former canadian brand.

That's it, be well, lots of love, hope that happens soon. It would definitely carry me over for good.
