I've purchased a few items from them and love what I have with one exception. I returned it and received a quick refund with no problems at all. That said, while it's tempting to quickly pull the trigger on a desired item- it's crucial to read the description and look at the photos carefully. I have found some instances where a "gently used" designation may not really match up to the description of the item. Tell me if I'm off base (gently, please) but I'll give you an example. They have listed a large mono bucket bag as gently used yet the description indicates heavy water marks and some cracking in the leather. It seems a little inconsistent to me. Granted, they have a lot to process, but the pricing on items like that should be adjusted- IMO.
