If you’re shipping your item from any of the countries listed below - great news! - we’ll cover all your shipping costs. All you need to do is download and print your shipping label and you’re good to go.

Just remember - if Vestiaire has provided you with a shipping label, you’ll need ship your item ⏰ **within 7 days**. If you don’t, your sale will be cancelled and your buyer will be fully refunded. Not only that, but cancelled sales negatively impact your seller status, meaning it will be harder to retain or gain a Seller Badge. 

Always use the Vestiaire Collective prepaid shipping label. If you use your own shipping label, Vestiaire Collective is not responsible in the event of missing, late, or damaged packages.

If we provide you with a prepaid shipping label when you sell an item, you do not need to print and include a commercial invoice with your sold items.

**What if my country isn't on the list?**

If you are **not** located in one of the **46 countries** where Vestiaire Collective provides free shipping, you will need to pay for shipping yourself, including any related 🔍 [**customs fees**](https://faq.vestiairecollective.com/hc/en-us/articles/208748709).

We will provide you with an **Identification Label** for your parcel, which means our team will be able to easily identify your package when it arrives at Vestiaire Collective.

🇦🇪\* If you are located in the UAE, please note that we will cover for shipping fees for professional sellers.

**❗Important ❗**This label is **not a Pre-paid Shipping Label**, but it must be included **inside** your package.

To print your label, log in to your account: 

**On the App**: Me → Sales

**On the Website**: See My Account → Orders & Sales

Click on the item, **Get Shipping Label**
