To create a G2 account, you must sign up using either a **LinkedIn profile** or a **business email**. This ensures that all reviews come from verified professionals with relevant experience.

## Why verification is required

G2 reviews are intended to help software buyers make informed decisions based on real, unbiased experiences. To protect the quality of our reviews, we verify users to confirm:

-   Professional identity
-   Employment at a real company
-   No conflict of interest with the product being reviewed

## Choosing a sign-up method

-   **LinkedIn**: Quick and easy login method that automatically verifies your profile.
-   **Business email**: Accepted if it uses a company domain (e.g., jane@company.com). Personal emails (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not accepted for verification.
