This topic provides an overview of Idira Identity dashboards. These dashboards display useful summaries and graphical representations of your Idira Identity usage.

From the Identity Administration portal, go to Security Insights > Dashboards to open your default dashboard. You can use the drop-down menu in the upper left corner to select another dashboard. The following dashboards are available:

- [Overview dashboard](#Overview)

- [Security Overview dashboard](#Security)

- [User Logins dashboard](#User)

- [User Login Map dashboard](#User2)

- [Applications dashboard](#Applicat)

- [Endpoints dashboard](#Endpoint)

- [Telephony Credits dashboard](#Telephon)

## Overview dashboard

The Overview dashboard provides a broad summary of your usage, including the number of users and devices, user login locations, and Active Directory/LDAP connector information.

The Overview dashboard displays the following data:

Element

Description

Total Users

A counter showing the total number of unique user accounts in Idira Identity.

Active Users (30 days)

A counter showing the number of unique user accounts that have logged in or attempted to log in to Idira Identity in the last 30 days.

Login Locations Last 30 Days

A map showing the locations of all users logging in to Idira Identity and the number of successful logins from each location.

- The map displays a maximum of the 1,000 most recent user logins.

- Zoom in to see a more detailed breakdown of data by location.

- Select a location to see a list of user accounts logging in from that location.

For privacy reasons, user location data in the Identity Administration portal is based on the IP address used to access Idira Identity. This IP address is often virtually assigned, so it may not reflect the actual user portal login location. On the User Portal, users have access to their device GPS so the location data is more accurate.

Total Devices by Operating System

A pie chart showing the total number of devices that have logged into Idira Identity, grouped by device operating system.

Select a pie slice to filter the other data in the dashboard.

Idira Identity phone call and text (SMS) messaging authentication plans are provided on a yearly basis, as determined by your customer license agreement.

This counter shows the remaining number of days left on your yearly plan, after which you may need to renew your customer license agreement for telephony credits.

To renew your subscription, contact Technical Support.
