I got a JIRA account having ADMIN access and User access, I want to know how many users are allowed in this account and whether I will be able to get all JIRA access through this account?

The Jira Free plan has the following limitations:

-   **User limit:** The free plan is limited to 10 users.
-   **Storage limit:** The free plan has a 2GB storage limit.
-   **Email notifications:** The free plan can send a maximum of 100 emails per day.
-   **Audit logs:** The free plan does not have access to audit logs.
-   **Support:** The free plan only offers community support.

If you need more than 10 users, more storage, or more features, you can upgrade to a paid plan. The paid plans start at $7.75 per user per month.

my free account suddenly asking me to pay bill.  who can I talk to fix the issue.  the admin portal does not show any bills and billing history.
