## How Closo connects to each one

Some marketplaces offer an official seller API. Some don't. Rather than fake it, Closo uses the right method for each — and never touches your password either way.

### Official API — eBay & Shopify

You authorize Closo through the marketplace's own OAuth screen. It's the sanctioned integration: no password is ever shared with Closo, and you can revoke access from your marketplace account at any time.

### Browser extension — Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted

Where there's no seller API, the Closo browser extension acts through the session you're _already logged into_ — the same way you'd click through the site yourself, just automated. You stay signed in on the marketplace; Closo never sees or stores your password.
