They hide behind service providers and take no responsibility when products fail. I bought a keyboard that broke twice under warranty. Instead of replacing it directly, KSP forced me to drive 30 minutes from Ramat Gan to Tel Aviv to drop it off. To make things worse, the replacement unit they gave me was defective and broke after just one day! KSP refused any compensation and simply told me to drive back to the store for another repair. Zero respect for the customer's time and money. Buy elsewhere! This level of service is disgraceful and reflects a company that has no respect for its customers. A complete absence of accountability and professionalism. Plus, the prices were pretty competitive! If you're looking for quality tech products, this place is definitely worth a visit!
