The Browser Use MCP now powers Parallel's [private web data access](https://docs.parallel.ai/integrations/browseruse).

On the flipside, we have also now optimized web search for our new BU agent using [Parallel Search](https://parallel.ai/blog/introducing-parallel-search) at [bu.app](https://bu.app/).

## How Parallel uses Browser Use

Parallel integrates the [Browser Use MCP](https://docs.cloud.browser-use.com/usage/mcp-server) for private data access.

Most scrapers completely fail when content is behind authentication or antibot. You need a stealth browser, proxies, and more to not get caught. As a result, Browser Use can extract data that traditional scrapers can't touch.

Now, when Parallel's agent detects authentication, the agent can deploy a Browser Use agent to complete the task instead. This allows for logging in, solving captchas, and getting past anti-bot.

Most data lives behind security. With Browser Use, Parallel's search is no longer limited by it.

## How We Use Parallel

![Diagram comparing agent flow with and without Parallel](https://browser-use.com/images/parallel-1.svg)

Parallel's Search API returns urls and excerpts from webpages, ranked by density of informative web tokens - providing agents with relevant information.

So instead of BU manually searching and parsing the DOM, it receives information that is immediately passed into context - quicker and more relevant results, with the same reliability.

## Demo

Here's how Parallel looks in action on bu.app.

## Try It

Parallel Search integration is live on [bu.app](https://bu.app/). Go run a web search task to see the difference!

For private data access via Parallel, see the [Parallel + Browser Use Integration Docs](https://docs.parallel.ai/integrations/browseruse).
