#### ACCELQ Made Salesforce Test Automation Easy with Smooth Setup and Outstanding Support

Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026

Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best is how much easier it's made automating our Salesforce testing. Implementation was smooth, and the exceptional training support helped our team get up to speed quickly. On top of that, whenever we've hit an issue, the support team has been quick and genuinely helpful — that combination of easy setup, strong training, and responsive support has made ACCELQ a great fit for our QA automation needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

There could be more how-to videos for people who are new to the concept of QA automation in general, since the learning curve can feel steep without prior exposure to automation frameworks. More tutorial content specifically focused on Salesforce automation use cases would also help new users get up to speed faster, rather than relying so much on live training and support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ACCELQ is helping us automate regression testing for our Salesforce environment, which used to be a heavily manual, time-consuming process. By automating these test cycles, we've been able to catch issues earlier and reduce the manual QA effort needed for each release. The ease of implementation meant we didn't lose weeks getting the tool up and running, and the training support helped our team apply it correctly from the start. Overall, it's freed up our QA team to focus on more complex testing scenarios instead of repetitive regression checks.

#### Codeless Automation That Simplifies Testing and Speeds Up CI/CD

Reviewed on Jul 25, 2026

Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?

The codeless automation approach is the biggest advantage. It makes test creation and maintenance much simpler, supports reusability, and integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, helping teams deliver faster with less effort.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform has a learning curve for first-time users, and some advanced customizations can be less intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ACCELQ has been a great addition to our test automation process. Its codeless approach makes it easy to create and maintain automated tests, significantly reducing effort and execution time. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, helping improve overall testing efficiency. It's an excellent choice for teams looking to scale automation while minimizing maintenance.

#### Locator-Free UI Automation with Seamless Execution and Outstanding Support

Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026

Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?

The locator-free approach for identifying UI elements using natural language helps me script in less time during the implementation phase. It has also saved time later and kept maintenance low as the application evolves and integrates with different platforms. The solution engineers from the accelq team are extraordinary, and their expertise really helped us get the implementation completed smoothly. Pricing-wise, they are not too expensive and sit in the mid-range, with very good community and training support. Test execution is managed by agents, which feels seamless and delivers strong reporting outcomes that can be understood by both technical and non-technical teams.

What do you dislike about the product?

While the product documentation is solid, I’ve noticed that community-driven resources such as blogs, tutorials, YouTube videos, and real-world implementation examples are still somewhat limited compared to more established automation platforms. Expanding the community ecosystem and encouraging more shared examples would make it even easier for new users to learn the platform and adopt it with confidence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me get through the onboarding process very quickly, even though I had no prior experience with the platform. It also feels maintenance-free and required less time to implement.

#### Empowered Testing Without Coding Expertise

Reviewed on Jul 21, 2026

Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?

I've been using ACCELQ for a while now, and it's honestly changed how our team works. I don't need to be a coder to build tests, which is a huge plus. The fact that very little coding knowledge is required means manual testers can easily move to automation. Regression, which used to take up days, is now done in a few hours. I also found the self-healing UI locators to be very well executed. The healing locators are the best part since they maintain locators in the POM or database.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't always see UI drift happening because self-healing resolves locator changes silently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use ACCELQ to automate tests without much coding knowledge, helping manual testers transition smoothly. Regression now takes hours instead of days, and self-healing UI locators greatly simplify maintenance.

#### ACCELQ Makes Automation Practical, Faster, and Easier for the Whole Team

Reviewed on Jul 21, 2026

Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?

The self-healing tests are honestly the standout for us. Our old scripts used to break constantly with small UI changes, and with ACCELQ, that just isn't a daily fire drill anymore. Combine that with the codeless setup and the way it integrates into our Jenkins pipeline, and it's cut down a lot of the manual overhead we used to deal with.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t have any major complaints, but sometimes ACCELQ can feel a bit limiting when I’m working with more complex scenarios. Some of the advanced options could be more flexible, and in a few cases I felt there was room to make customization a little easier and more straightforward.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ACCELQ has helped us cut down the time and effort required to build and maintain automated tests. It has made our QA process more efficient, improved coverage for both web and API testing, and reduced the ongoing maintenance that typically comes with automation tools. As a result, we save time and the team can focus more on actual testing rather than constantly fixing scripts.
